All prices are in euros. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are gross and include VAT.
All offers are subject to change until the order is accepted.
The client undertakes to provide binding notification of the exact number of guests and the definitive choice of food and drink no later than five working days before the event. This information shall be deemed to be a guaranteed part of the contract and shall be taken into account accordingly in the final invoice. Any additional services (food, drinks, materials, personnel) will be charged at cost. We reserve the right to recalculate if the number of persons changes.
Obvious deficiencies only be taken into account if they are reported immediately upon collection or delivery. It is not possible to exchange incorrectly ordered goods in the case of foodstuffs and luxury foods. We accept no liability for improper storage by the customer.
If an order is canceled by the client, the costs already incurred will be charged in full up to 10 working days before the start of the event. In the event of later termination, the full order amount shall be due.
The place of jurisdiction and place of performance for both parties is Munich.
German law applies to this contractual relationship. Orders without a signature cannot be processed. With this signature, our general terms and conditions are recognized as an integral part of the contract. The prices quoted are in euros plus statutory VAT. For cases not mentioned in the offer, the general terms and conditions apply.
